Returns and refunds

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all custom commissions and physical prints are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds once an order is placed.

Policy on Damaged Prints

The only exception to our no-refund policy is for physical prints that are damaged or bent during shipping.

If your print arrives damaged:

  1. You must notify us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the print and the packaging.
  2. Upon verification of the damage, we will promptly issue a replacement print at no additional cost to you.
  3. We do not offer refunds for damaged prints; only replacements will be issued.
